Please get this straight - JSONP only works for GET - for POST, PUT,  CORS must 
be used.

It becomes an Angular issue when preflight is needed - there is some info / 
code on this but don't have this link handy - search - if cannot find, post and 
I will find and post.

Sorry CORS is a real PITA
