Hello, I generate some html (directives) which are animated upon entering,
then after some timeout, they disappear.

I am trying to test it and after some struggling, I found a way, but I am
not happy with it.

Better with a plunker to see
why: http://plnkr.co/edit/L1msuNXNFug7tVZyqI3M?p=preview

The problem is that I am doing a double flush to make it work (The
container should disappear after the timeout, so I expected just one
flush). So what is doing the first flush and how can I make that test
better? (The final test will be more complete, but that is the main idea).

Thank you.
