After a bit if a fight getting yeoman npm and node correctly working I quite
like what I feel. I was able to add scss style and integrate this into an auto
serve environment
I thus do

Make scss style change or js or HTML ...
Updates immediately in the browser
I have yet to check this (scss) is included in the distribution but it's of
course possible.
Added packages are now managed by bower and though I might have some bloat at
least it's in a place that is easily cleaned without fear.

So now I'm ready to build and can distribute.
I just need to figure out the best git strategy as I don't think I want much
other than my app to be version controlled.
This also reminds me I need to check if yeoman will delete any files on
updating something like the angular core.
