Using it with say Grunt and a proper plugin like: https://www.npmjs.org/package/grunt-iced-coffee will make your life easier.
Only thing that might bite you would be if IcedCoffee (never used it) mangles function arguments which would break Angular's dependency injection. Quick scanning the docs, you should be fine.
