"npm install" actually fails this way when I make the package.json modifications above:
bower angular-mocks#~1.2.15 ECMDERR Failed to execute "git ls-remote --tags --heads git://github.com/angular/bower-angular-mocks.git", exit code of #128 Additional error details: fatal: unable to connect to github.com: github.com[0: 192.30.252.131]: errno=Connection refused I'm guessing I shouldn't be mucking around with package.json but thought maybe that could get it working. Now it seems to be a problem with this github repo?
