Are you suggesting that native Bootstrap 3 is the best way to go?
But what advantages gives you angular ui-bootstrap or AngularStrap 2.0 over native Bootstrap 3? If native Bootstrap 3 is the best way all those developers put months of work to create those supplements – just to save few Bytes?
