Are you using routeProvider? I guess you could setup 'resolve' property in
the route, check this out

when('/somepath', {
templateUrl: 'tpl/secure.html',
controller: 'MyCtrl',
resolve: function (nameOfService) {return
nameOfService.getAuthToken()}
}).
