i'm new to angularjs, trying to use $q in a controller with no luck. any
ideas?

TypeError: Cannot read property 'defer' of undefined

$scope.myFunc = function(){
var defer = $q.defer(),
myPromise;
myPromise = $scope.getData()
.then($scope.getData2)
