Yup, definitely going to need a directive . I have toyed around a bit, but found that currently we can only see animations when we switch from the +1 to the -1 and back and forth. If you click +1 twice, you will not see the animation on the second click. I tried to add a directive that would remove the "animated bounce" class after a 1 second timeout, but that did not work. hmm..
