I tried your code removing the mobile part and all the styles (since they
are not available in your post) and the list does show up.
These are the library files I used:

<script type="text/javascript" src="angular-1.1.5.min.js"></script>

I am not familiar with kendo mobile, but it seems like this is the area you
need to look into.
