There is some code in Controller where we use to change the value of first
span, second span in the div. I was looking for angularjs way of
implementing this, I have the jquery version any one who can get it
angularjs way
$('#fleet_online .gauge-circle span:first-child').text(fleetGuage);
angular.element does not support :first-child
