I have a countdown timer that resets when the countdown time has been reached.
But the view is not being updated when the countdown restarts each time. When I reload the browser after the countdown time has been reached, it starts the countdown correctly. I was reading that $timeout is wrapped by $scope.$apply(), not sure if this is what I need in this case or why it isn't working currently?
