Is JS Staggering Animations built-in on $animate right now? There's not a whole lot of documentation on staggering animations and I'm curious whether there's a built in feature for JS for the workaround as seen here: http://www.yearofmoo.com/2013/12/staggering-animations-in-angularjs.html
