I used this one: https://github.com/dalelotts/angular-bootstrap-datetimepicker, because it uses bootstrap 3 But there's at least one problem i've encountered: choosing time is step-by-step process and when you need to pick minutes, block disappeares, cuz it's box smaller than hours' box, so there's no :hover state
