The row items will eventually be the same, after some conversion. 
As you mentioned the caching with ng-init, I wasn't aware of that 
functionality, but I think it's not really applicable in my scenario, since 
every variable column could have another template. 
Concerning the templates.. they are pretty basic atm, as you will see in 
the plunk, but they will become more complex in the future. (if I get the 
expected performance)
