What is a difference between these two types of coding and why the second
one creates an error in question?

var motoAdsApp = angular.module("motoAdsApp", []);
motoAdsApp.controller('AirportControllers', *[*function ($scope, $http,
AirportService) {
    AirportService.getData().then(function(data) {
        $scope.agents = data;
    });
}*]*);

var motoAdsApp = angular.module("motoAdsApp", []);
motoAdsApp.controller('AirportControllers', function($scope, $http,
AirportService) {
    AirportService.getData().then(function(data) {
        $scope.agents = data;
    });
});

Thanks
