So it is possible to build a template with AngularJS and utilize NodeJS to 
upload the links to the designated page? Do you suggest any NodeJS 
resources I should look at?

What I envision is a single page (template) with a drop down selection menu.

When the customer clicks on a system AngularJS loads the links to the 
PDF's. Ideally I would like to create a link template and allocates a 
specific name that tells AngularJS to upload that specific pdf. 

For example: manual_67 --> manual.pdf. 

Is it possible to build a framework that allows me to simply upload the 
pdf's to the server and have AngularJS and NodeJS take care of the link 
building? 

I'm sorry if this is redundant. I'm really trying to rap my head around 
this technology.
