euhm, no. Services are singletons, while controllers are initiated when 
they are needed. For good reason's.
You need your controllers to control the moving parts. Handle some 
ui-states and so on. 
Services keep your state, your data, and handle all communication with 
non-user events, usually server stuff ($http, websockets)
