Hi, 

This document details the guidelines for contributing 
<https://github.com/angular/angular.js/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md> to 
angularjs. Have you seen it?  

These are the open issues <https://github.com/angular/angular.js/issues> at 
the moment .  I'm not sure which would be suitable new a newbie, but the 
'standard' process of forking the repo and submitting a pull request would 
apply.  If you are new to open source/git then those terms may be new to 
you, and the github collaboration guide 
<https://help.github.com/categories/63/articles> would be a good place to 
start.
