You could ask questions in different way: 1. How much time would you save/lose if you go with Angular 1.3 vs other alternatives during 3 years. 2. What would you want to learn in 2-5 years? Angular or some other frameworks? (remember, it is specific the people who make decisions ;) ) 3. Do you need to prototype various views a lot? Do you ready that 50%+ of your js code will be thrown away every 6 months?
