Ok, found what i needed.
If someone has the same problem, here it is how i solved it:
There is an angular directive called ng-init
So the only thing I need to do is initializate the scope variable I
wanted...
<div class="well container-fluid" ng-controller="step2Controller"
ng-init="scopeVariable = {{variableComingFromSimpony}}>
