When using routing and ng-view to swap out the content being displayed, I
expected (based on the documentation) the browser to scroll back to the top
whenever navigation occurs.

However, that's not happening. I have a simple plunkr that I created to
show the behavior that I do NOT want:

http://plnkr.co/edit/IGTAp2mZA8RKvOd6IoF6?p=preview

When you scroll down in the text to find the button, and click the button,
notice how the scroll position stays about the same... in the middle of the
NEW content.

I expect it to scroll back to the top.

Am I missing a configuration to tell angular to behave this way?

Thanks,
Kevin
