When are you setting loaded.loaded? Do you use a build step like 
gulp-angular-templatecache 
<https://github.com/miickel/gulp-angular-templatecache>? (You really 
should!)
If you are not using the previous one, you can do it by hand, as described 
in this article

If you have done that, and still have the issue, drop me a note, and I will 
look into it for you!
