I think you could pick up the basic concepts of Angular.JS in a few days. However, in building an entire application, I have learned that there is a lot more needed by Angular.JS than just the basics. If the question is "will I know enough about Angular.JS to convert my application in 3-4 days?" then I would say the answer is "No". If the question is "Can I learn enough about Angular.JS in 3-4 days to estimate how long it will take to convert an app?" then I would say "Yes", but include padding in your estimates to learn more about Angular.JS than just the basics.
