Hi. I'm an angular newbie. I couldn't find an explanation of this part of a
controller anywhere:

[*'$scope'*, //mentioned first time - *what does this do?*
function*($scope)* //mentioned second time - *how does this ($scope)
relate to '$scope' above?*
