I use http://angular-translate.github.io/ from Pascal Precht, where you 
have translation keys!
 
Therefore I use JSON files and to let them get translated I 
use https://lingohub.com to offer my translators a nice UI (in the 
background they are translating the JSON files)

I am very excited how angular 2 will solve all this different problems..
