Hi Stefan,

If you know how to separate your internal and external links, you can add a 
simple directive that adds the target. If you run this at a higher priority 
then the default angular directive, its about done.
If you need help building such a directive, build a sample plunk 
<http://plnkr.co/edit/tpl:QzPKsT47fvBoPABDSCr4> and I will help you.
