Reydi, Just look for a small css-spinner <https://www.google.nl/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&ion=1&espv=2&ie=UTF-8#q=css-spinner> and put that inside a style tag in the head. I have done just that a couple of times. Then use a tool to dynamically load your css, and 'flip the switch' after it's done.
