Hmm, this can be done easily in the template, however, that would yield too 
much logic into the template for my taste.
What needs to be done is create a function that fetches the teacher on the 
onChange of the first select, and put this array inside the 'row' scope. 
The select can then iterate that array for the teacher select.

If you want help with this, build a plunl
