I am using bootstrap css for my views layouts. I have all references loaded in the main page including: <link href="http://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/3.3.2/css/bootstrap.min.css"; rel="stylesheet" /> But unless I have this in my view no layouts are created.
