Hi Ajay, I adopted your sample a bit in this plunk <http://plnkr.co/edit/b35PNmRy9T8m5nnyjBGQ?p=preview>. Apearantly there is a bug in 1.2.x that allows this: ` $locationProvider.html5Mode(true).hashPrefix('!')` to work. However, that should not work at all, an prefix is only working when html5mode is false. (not 100% sure on that..)
The plunk works, so you can take your pointers form there, or adapt it so, that your issue becomes more clear, and then come back to us.
