There will be a compiled version available, right in github, so you don't 
have to compile anything yourself. 
For the IE9 and 10, (I feel I must put safari in here too!) support, as 
long as we as developers keep them afloat, by putting in lots of extra 
effort (read $$$), there is little need for the users to update right?....

If a customer asks me to support legacy stuff, my answer is always 
something like: No, we can't do that. Because of the costs. But if you are 
willing to pay a 40% (for IE8 this was 80%) surplus, just to support this 
legacy stuff, we can make it work anyway.
But then again I'm building apps, not web-sites.
