Hi Inso, Apparently, no one is interested in building a specialized time-picker for you. If you really need something like this, build it yourself. If you hit issues, put your work inside a plunk <http://plnkr.co/edit/tpl:bSBatno6Z85VMCtxF4KK> (I use plunk all the time to build prototypes like this!), and come back here with the question you might have.
