I have constructed a declarative filter that factors group-based weighted
averages. Problem is that when a new group is added I have to create
additional view-side rules and reference index id. Ultimately I'd like the
filtering to dynamically adjust to the addition or removal of data
("tstGroup"). I've experimented with angular.forEach and looping with no
success. The original code is database driven but I have created a sample
of data and all functionality here http://jsfiddle.net/tp0x9cej/24/
