I found a reference about downloading the docs, but the docs link redirects 
to the docs online and I don't see any html file in the source code, only 
something that looks like a node.js application that needs to be started on 
node...

docs — this directory contains all the files that compose the 
http://docs.angularjs.org/ documentation app. These files are handy to see 
the older version of our docs, or even more importantly, view the docs 
offline.
