Hi Mark,

If everything is like you said, you already have it. Nothing angular about 
it. Objects are passed by reference. This means that you din't create a new 
object, you just passed access to your existing object.
However, probably you want to react to changes on your object. There are 
quite some solutions to that, varying from $scope.watch to Object.observe, 
and event-buses, or even callbacks. What is suitable for you, is not 
determinable from your question.
