No, I'm not saying that you can't use angular, but you have to account for 
SEO from the ground up. (This actually goes for every framework that has no 
server-side rendering, witch is most!). Also do not forget, google isn't 
the only search engine around, and others might not be ready to evaluate JS 
just yet. So, if your site is depended on SEO, you can only use JS for 
progressive enhancement. Every endpoint needs to generate an result that's 
good for SEO. Once it is loaded in the browser, the framework can take 
over, and turn your site into a SPA.
