In Angular 1 replace: true on a directive definition would eliminate the
artificial <my-directive></my-directive> element from the dom and simply
include the HTML elements found in the directive's template.

Is there an equivalent to this for Angular 2 components? So that I can
avoid seeing <my-directive></my-directive> in the dom when I use one of my
components?
