I just discovered the great Cheatsheet while trying to get explanations of
some tutorial material. IMO for the sake of the newbies such as myself
there should be a link to this along with a legend or two that explains a
few things. Perhaps this should be a separate chapter.

E.g., it's obvious that code in the tutorial is portrayed in this manner:
but I'm curious why the github link is a lighter grey.

I was also originally confused by the following statements on code
presented in the tutorial:

I took the first line too literally and discovered that "directives" may be
presented in spinal-case, not "custom attributes" since in my newbie fog I
didn't realize that ng-app is an "attribute" but is considered a
"directive" as well.

I could use some clarification on the code color schemes. I am just
learning an IDE and I really like the color scheme shown in the tutorial.
However, I still don't know if the colors presented are used for emphasis
in the tutorial or if that is simply the color scheme used by the author.
If it is a color scheme used by the author for AngularJS and not for
emphasis in the tutorial I would appreciate any help in finding the scheme
for the IDE I am learning, Webstorm.

Finally I setup the bootstrap apps but ran into errors. I realized I needed
to reboot to load the environment variables. As a newbie I don't feel
confident in using the "Improve This Doc" feature, Does that feature work
directly or is it something that goes through an approval process?
