I think I figured it out. 

var person1 = Person();
var person2 = new Person();

Person() returns nothing (there is nothing to return, it's the same like 
trying to return a var that was not declared) because the object is not 
instantiated so there is nothing to return

new Person() returns this.oject because when we say NEW it instantiates the 
object.
