Hi Pavan! You need to be more specific, give us more information, examples, a plunkr, etc... Which version of the *ng-grid* are you using?
*ui-grid* is probably emitting an event every time a row is selected, see the docs. You can define a listener for that event and populate grid2 every time the listener is executed.
