Hi Sandeep,

The disadvantage is what you just described. There is not a lot 3rth party 
stuff available for ng2 yet.  Some of the things that are available will 
get ported to the new version. Some will stay on 1.x There is no way to 
predict that. However, ng2 will play nicer with other stuff available as 
ng1 does. And the ngUpgrade, is also available. However that means that you 
need to load 2 full angular versions in your page. You might want to avoid 
such a load.
Also, ng2 is in beta. Early beta. in this context that means that the team 
will TRY not to make any breaking changes to the API. So updating to a 
newer  ng2 beta might turn up unexpected result to put it lightly. 
Then, there are not yet much developers available that have ng2 knowledge. 
As you are looking to hire, this is something you can't overlook. 
Something else is the lack of best practices. As the stuff is brand new, 
those have not emerged yet.
