*Responsibilities*
Gather/validate requirements with stakeholders and the project team. Lead
internal review sessions. Discuss issues and questions related to claims
data analysis, issue documentation; work with business stakeholders to
review and resolve these issues. Perform data analysis, using in-depth
knowledge of databases and healthcare data. Support all phases of the
software development lifecycle (SDLC). *Experienced with Agile methodology
is MUST.* Collaborate with project stakeholders and technical teams
regarding enhancements, changes, issues and defects that may impact
development, data, workflow and/or functionality. Communicate with many
levels of the organization, business stakeholders/SME, project managers,
system architects, quality assurance, etc.
*Required skills*
· 10+ years of US Healthcare BA experience working in large, complex,
matrix organization
· 5+ years of claims data analysis
· 3+ years of lab claim data analysis
· 3+ years of CMS claims data analysis
· Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and complete
artifacts, including solution design support and data mapping
· Validate requirements with stakeholders and the project team;
provide suggestions and recommendations.
· Lead internal review sessions with C Level. Discuss issues and
questions related to claims data analysis, issue documentation; work with
business stakeholders t- review and resolve these issues
· Perform data analysis, using in-depth knowledge of relational
databases and healthcare data.
· Provide explanations and information related t- data analysis
findings t- both project team and business stakeholders.
· Support all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Experienced with Agile methodology is MUST
· Collaborate with project stakeholders and technical teams regarding
enhancements, changes, issues and defects that may impact development,
data, workflow and/or functionality.
· Communicate with many levels of the organization, business

· Experienced with large data warehouse projects
· Able to meet & deliver quality work on tight schedule
· MS Office, MS Project, Rally, Visio
· Excellent communication skills – oral & written
· Verifiable 5+ year of experience on data warehouse projects
· Bachelor degree required in related field
· Verifiable 5+ year of Agile experience
· Advanced level proficiency with MS Office, Visio
· Proficient in SQL
