Is there an easy way to use the same controller in two states. I want to
use the same scope. Or do i have to save it in rootScope before go to the
next state?

...

$stateProvider
    .state('main', {
        abstract: true,
        controller:'FacebookAdController',
    })
    .state('build', {

        views: {
            'orderView': {
                parent: 'main',
                templateUrl: phpNgPartials+"/facebook/facebook.php",
                controller:'FacebookAdController',
                controllerAs: 'fbCtrl'
            }
        },
        url: "/build"
    })

    .state('target', {
        views: {
            'orderView': {
                parent: 'main',
                templateUrl: phpNgPartials+"/facebook/target.php",
                controller:'FacebookAdController',
                controllerAs: 'fbCtrl'
            }
        },
        url: "/target"
    })
