nothing angular related in this. Do something like this:
var result = marks.reduce(function (result, mark) {
result[mark.GroupId] = result[mark.GroupId] || 0; //set default value
to 0
result[mark.GroupId] += (parseInt(mark.Weightage) +
parseInt(mark.Deduction))) //sum relevant fields
return result;
},{});
