assuming you are using the default router, something like this would do:
$routeProvider
.when('/form/newformname', {
templateUrl: '/api/generateForm'+new Date().getTime(), // the
added date is to bust the cache!
controller: 'SomeCtrl',
})
Is that enough for you to get going?
