Yes, that is possible. You can store/retrieve data during reload using 
localstorage, or indexDB (or any other client side storage). The best thing 
is to add a service that handles this.
something like this;


function Store($window) {
  let ls = $windows.localStorage
  return { 
     get: function(id) { return JSON.parse(ls.getItem(id))},
     set: function(id,val) { return ls.setItem(id, JSON.stringify(val))},
  }
}

angular
    .module('store',[])
    .factory('Store',Store)
