In your ASP.NET RouteConfig do you have an entry like this to redirect all
routes to the index view on the home controller?
routes.MapRoute(
name: "Default",
url: "{*url}",
defaults: new { controller = "Home", action = "Index", id =
UrlParameter.Optional }
