I updated to rc4 from rc1. The error is now: "Error during instantiation of
AnimationDriver!" which, conveniently, had results in Google. The issue is
as I thought: bootstrap does not wait for the onload event.
I have changed my code to do this:
window.addEventListener('load',(evt)=> {boostrap(Login);});
This now works.
