You are creating this HTML outside angular, and then append it to the DOM.
It is possible, but in involves compiling from within your directive.
Probably you are better off solving this another way.
app.directive(helloWord , function () {
return { template: '<div ng-include="page2.html"></div>' }
});
will do the same.
